Laser eye treatment in just six hours
New in Zurich: from blurred sight in the morning to sharp vision in the evening, including examinations, treatment, and the first follow-up in just half a day.
Limited new offer in Switzerland for busy people and those in a hurry.
The entire process takes just six hours, from the preliminary examination to your first follow-up.
We provide you with a complimentary meal and can also organise a hotel for you to rest if necessary.
Attention: We only offer this treatment in Zurich once a month. Please book your appointment now.
How it works
From blurry to 6/6 vision in only six hours.
In two hours, we perform the preliminary and primary examinations with a short break in between for coffee and snacks.
After the examinations, you get a delicious lunch at our partner's restaurant just around the corner.
After lunch, we perform your laser eye treatment in just 15 minutes, followed by a two-hour rest period. You can spend that time at home or in a partner's hotel near our shop.
After your two-hour rest, we follow up on your treatment with a final examination. That's it; you're good to go.
From start to finish in half a day, including two examinations, the treatment, and a follow-up appointment. Attention: This treatment is only available once a month, and places are strictly limited.
What is the difference from “normal” laser eye treatment?
Laser eye treatment typically has a preliminary examination, primary examination, treatment, and follow-ups on different days.
What do I need to pay attention to?
Since all the steps in the half-day premium treatment take place in direct succession, you may have a little pain for a few hours after treatment. In that case, you will not have sharp vision immediately after treatment. Because the pupils are dilated during the half-day premium treatment, you may be sensitive to light until the evening. You also feel a slight sensation as if you have something in your eye (a foreign body) afterwards, which is a good sign. It means that everything has gone well, and your eyes are recovering. The feeling only lasts for a few hours after treatment.
What can/should I expect?
After the half-day premium treatment, it takes up to seven days to achieve the final result. You might not have sharp 6/6 vision until the following morning.
What if I am not suitable for premium laser eye treatment?
As with regular laser eye treatment, we perform all the relevant examinations before we begin. If we find you are unsuitable for treatment, these will be free of charge.
What ages are suitable for laser eye treatment?
Generally, about 98% of all 18 to 45-year-olds are suitable for laser eye treatment. There may also be a possibility of laser vision correction for people over the age of 45. However, starting at the age of 45, a refractive lens exchange, replacing the body's own lens, is preferable and available at betterview. We will determine and discuss the most suitable treatment method for you in our free, no-obligation examinations.
How and when do I pay?
We accept all major credit cards in our shops. If you would prefer a different payment method, please contact us beforehand. We examine your eyes before treating you. If you are unsuitable for treatment, we do not charge you anything.
