To undergo a lens treatment, you should meet certain requirements, such as good overall health and a minimum age. In a free preliminary examination, we will determine if you are a suitable candidate!

Free Preliminary Examination

  • Your nearsightedness is within the treatable range for a lens treatment.

  • Your farsightedness must also be within the treatable range.

  • Your astigmatism should not be too pronounced.

  • You have presbyopia or another vision impairment in addition to presbyopia.

  • You are of legal age and your vision has been stable for at least one year.

  • You are in good overall health.

Your lens treatment at betterview takes place in four simple steps. We will explain to you step by step what to expect at each of your appointments.

    Preliminary Examination

    In a free and non-binding initial examination, we check your vision and previous visual aids. This will determine whether and which treatment method is best suited for you and your eyes.

    Main Examination

    During the main examination, the vision test is repeated, and additional measurements of the eye are taken. The main examination is also free and non-binding – costs only arise if you decide to proceed with the treatment.

  • 3

    Treatment

    Your eyes will be numbed beforehand with eye drops. The treatment itself is painless and takes only a few minutes per eye. The medical team is in constant communication with you and explains everything.

  • 4

    Follow-up Examination

    The first follow-up takes place the very next day for lens treatments. Follow-up examinations ensure not only your new visual performance but also an optimal healing process over time.

Très satisfaite! L’accueil est plus que parfait, la (jeune) équipe est très professionnelle et compétente, ils vous expliquent chaque étape pendant les examens et pendant l’opération elle-même, le suivi est rigoureux (ils ne vous lâchent pas dans la nature après l’opération), le tout avec le sourire et la bonne humeur. En plus on peut se parquer juste devant la porte donc c’est parfait. Ma vue est devenue excellente (120%) et je me suis débarrassée de mes lunettes. Merci à vous!!!

Ich bin mehr als glücklich, dass ich meine beiden Augen eine refraktive Linsenaustausch gemacht habe. Zwar habe ich nach 2 Monaten noch einige Sterne im linken Auge, aber das soll weggehen, wenn das Auge nicht mehr so trocken ist. Mein Augenlicht wurde perfekt korrigiert!! Im linken Auge sogar 120%! Trotz Monofokallinse kann ich ohne Brille noch lesen. Ich bin so dankbar für betterview.
