How installment payments work at betterview

How it works

If you choose an eye laser or lens treatment at betterview, you can either pay the total amount at once or conveniently in installments.

With installment payment, a term of up to 36 months is possible. The effective annual interest rate (APR) is 10.95%.

Granting credit is prohibited if it leads to over-indebtedness (Art. 3 UWG).

An example calculation

You want to finance a SMILE Pro treatment with the installment plan from HeyLight AG. Total price without financing (one-time payment): CHF 5'180.00 (2 eyes at CHF 2'590.00 each).

• 12 months x CHF 456.45 = CHF 5'477.40 (total price incl. interest; CHF 297.40 interest charges)
• 24 months x CHF 240.07 = CHF 5'761.68 (total price incl. interest; CHF 581.68 interest charges)
• 36 months x CHF 168.20 = CHF 6'055.20 (total price incl. interest; CHF 875.20 interest charges)

Note: Minor rounding differences of a few rappen are possible. Granting credit is prohibited if it leads to over-indebtedness (Art. 3 UWG).
